MonitorWorld ("we", "our", "us") operates the MonitorWorld mobile application (the "App") and the website at worldmonitor.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.
We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication. When you open the App, a unique anonymous identifier is automatically created. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identity information through this process.
During onboarding, you may provide your first name, select interest categories (e.g., geopolitics, conflicts, economics), choose regions to monitor, and configure alert preferences. This data is stored locally on your device to personalize your experience.

The App aggregates publicly available news and intelligence data from 435+ feeds, government bulletins, and verified open-source intelligence (OSINT) sources. This data is fetched from public APIs and does not involve any personal data collection from you.
Subscription transactions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We receive transaction identifiers and entitlement status but do not have access to your payment details (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). RevenueCat processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Our App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure cloud infrastructure with Firebase, and local device-level encryption via SwiftData. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
